Hello there!

I’m Justine, a French author-illustrator from France and currently based in Marseille, FR.

I have a foundation diploma in art, but am mostly a self-taught artist who loves to learn. I regularly join courses, follow online workshops or book real-life drawing events to maintain my practice.

My main focus is the world of children’s books (both fiction and non fiction), but I love doing other types of illustration work as well (for example, personalised portaits and greeting cards to mention a few things).

I am heavily influenced by the passing of seasons and I love reflecting on the small pleasures of life, as well as times of celebrations. I enjoy working with textures, gouache and pencils, as well as oil pastels.

When I'm not illustrating, I enjoy cooking, playing video games, walking in nature, staring at the sea, reading, and of course, crafting!
